Requirements for the Kenya Positioning Crew eTA
Applicants should prepare the following documents when applying for a Kenya Positioning Crew eTA:

01 Passport Bio Page:
A clear copy of the passport bio-data page. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months after the planned date of arrival in Kenya and have at least one blank page.

A recent selfie or passport-style photograph showing the applicant clearly.

03 Accommodation Details:
Accommodation booking confirmation or details of where the crew member will stay in Kenya, where applicable.

04 Round Trip Travel Ticket:
Flight ticket/ cruise booking ticket/ bus ticket or a travel request letter if travelling by own vehicle.
Note: The applicant’s passport must remain valid for 6 months after arrival in Kenya. The policies are updated periodically; check the latest Kenya eTA requirements before applying.
Application Steps for Kenya eTA
By following the simple steps below, applicants can complete and submit their eTA application within minutes:
- Access the Kenya eTA application form and select “Positioning Crew eTA” from the visa type menu.
- Fill in your travel and passport details accurately, then upload the necessary scan copy of the required documents.
- Pay the eTA fee using credit or debit card, paypal, cryptocurrency or bank transfer (available upon applicant request)
- Receive the approved Kenya Positioning Crew eTA via email. Print a copy for arrival purposes.
Note: Regular status updates are provided to the applicant on their registered email ID.

Kenya Positioning Crew eTA Fees & Processing Options
The total Kenya Positioning Crew eTA fees vary by the selected entry type and processing speed.
Applicants can choose from the following processing options:
- Normal Processing: A suitable option for those with enough time till departure. Receive approval within 3-5 Days.
- Rush Processing: Faster option for near travel dates. The eTA is issued within 2 - 3 Days.
- Super Rush Processing: Quickest option available for urgent needs. The eTA is delivered within 1 - 2 Days.
Note: Processing time is estimated and in most cases, the eTA is delivered before the stated time.
